Here at Glasgow Health Solutions with our Clinic in Rutherglen (Essential Health Clinic) and our Distribution Centre in Lancashire (Healthy and Essential), we are proud of our dedicated team of Directors, Managers and members of all departments. Without a dedicated team we would not be a succesful as we are.

Dr Tom Gilhooly is our Medical Director and as well as running a very busy NHS practice on the East side of Glasgow, he also sees private patients in our clinic in Rutherglen. Tom has been in General Practice since 1989 and is now known internationally as an addiction expert. He is also an acknowledged omega-3 expert specialising in the biochemistry of omega-3 and dose related correction of omega-3 deficiencies. Tom has held many additional posts in Scotland including Clinical Director of Lanarkshire Drug Service, Scottish Advisory Committee for Drug Misuse, Medical Advisor for the LDN Research Trust, Medical Advisor Glasgow Associated Family Support Groups etc. He has also been guest Doctor on ITV This Morning TV Programme. Tom is a keynote speaker at international omega-3 events. |

Ramsay McLellan is based in our Lancashire distribution centre where he is PR & Marketing Director. Ramsay has expertise in product PR and many years of documented success from all form of Press coverage (National and targeted local) and TV/Radio coverage. Ramsay has taken nutritional products from concept through to sale and created strong brand recognition including sales for other start up brands. He has developed and maintained key relationships with major companies in the natural supplements industry. Ramsay has contacts throughout the world and has successfully had brands launched in Asia, where he still maintains a very close working relationship with BecTero PLC. |

Paul Farquhar is based in our Lancashire distribution centre where he is Operations & Logistics Director, as well as over-seeing all company finances. Paul previously had his own Internet Company with over 18,000 customers using his expertise in SEO, Affiliate Marketing and PPC advertising. Paul was also a British Telecom award winner for Innovation and has been a guest lecturer at Lancaster University business school to MBA Business students. Paul is qualified at Master Practitioner level in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), and Practitioner level in Clinical Hypnotherapy, TFT (Thought Field Therapy), and Reiki. He gives up some of his spare time working as a Sports Hypnotherapist with National/International teenage athletes, using techniques for improving their performance in preparation for the Olympics. Candy Gardner is based in our Lancashire Distribution Centre where she is Sales & Customer Services Director. Candy is a Bachelor of Arts Business Degree Graduate from The University of Lancaster. Candy is charged with providing our customers with the best and cutting edge Customer Service Experience. She focuses on our growing number of Trade Customers, providing them with one-to-one product knowledge training, merchandising, generating new Trade Sales, in-store demonstration and promotion. On a daily basis Candy handles all aspects of Customer Service, Health and Safety, Trade Shows and events and promotional ideas. Candy has previously been involved in working with International Five-Star Hotels Customer Service based in Hong Kong and China, including several International World Golf Events. Kimberley Mariott works in our Lancashire based distribution centre where she handles all of our CCSVI Appointments and emails, she also deals with processing customer’s orders by telephone, email and orders placed online to ensure that the products are correctly packaged and distributed accordingly. Kimberley lives in the countryside with her husband and dog (Diesel). She loves going to the gym and is a perfume connoisseur! |

Karen Findlay is based in our Rutherglen clinic. Karen deals with all enquiries into the clinic, including appointments and blood test results. Karen has worked as a receptionist for many years both for the NHS and the private sector. Karen lives locally with her partner and two children along with the troublesome Rocky- her hyperactive Jack Russell. She enjoys reading and walking. She loves the Scottish countryside with her favourite walks being in Glencoe. |

Iona Gilhooly is based in our Rutherglen clinic. Iona deals with all enquiries into the clinic, including appointments and blood test results. Iona is also our key point of contact for Anodyne Therapy. Iona is a trained RGN nurse who uses her nursing skills in the clinic as well as using her organisational skills in her post as assistant manager. She has been married to Tom for 22 years and has three children and two dogs - all keeping her very busy when not in the clinic. She loves the sun and the snow and organising holidays to enjoy both! |

Dr June Harland is based in our Rutherglen laboratory. June has been involved in the development of our TyScore Nitrotyrosine test and handles all data and specimen processing. June is also involved in over-seeing our research programmes. June is a postdoctoral research scientist with over thirty years of practical experience. She graduated in 1978 from the University of Glasgow with a BSc (Hons) in Botany and in 1990 she was awarded a PhD in Virology, also from the University of Glasgow. In addition to her considerable laboratory based medical research experience, June has in recent years been involved with various aspects of clinical trial administration. Her outside interests have ranged over the years from sheep farming and gardening to reading, painting and attempting to keep fit. |

Michael Burrows is based at the Lancashire Distribution Centre. Michael’s responsibilities currently include processing customer’s orders by telephone, email or orders placed online and ensure that the products are correctly packaged and distributed accordingly. Michael is also working alongside Ramsay McLellan, our PR and Marketing Director, on a daily basis learning the PR ropes. Michael currently plays rugby for Fleetwood RUFC and also enjoys playing football and golf in his spare time. |

Rita McCallum is based in our Rutherglen clinic. Rita is our support services assistant and ensures our clinic is always in pristine condition, making it a welcoming environment when you visit us. Rita had previously worked for the NHS but now enjoys the private sector. She has a very active life looking after her grandson, she loves animals and is a keen seamstress. Rita’s cheery disposition is greatly enjoyed by all. |
