Ideal Omega Plan

The goal of any diet should be health not weight loss. It would be far better to be slightly heavier and healthy than the “perfect” weight and unhealthy. Conventional diets also set up a very unhealthy thought pattern which if taken to extremes can lead to serious eating disorders. So not only are diets unsuccessful, they are also dangerous.
