We fully appreciate the problems some of our patients have experienced in trying to book CCSVI Scanning appointments and we have taken on board all the comments you have sent to us. We are a committed team and have dedicated considerable time and resources towards putting systems in place that will enable us to cope with the number of enquiries we have received (and continue to receive).

If you are interested in having the CCSVI Treatment, we strongly recommend that you take a place on our waiting list as soon as possible. Deposits paid are fully refundable (see terms below). This not only gives you the peace of mind in knowing you have secured a place, but helps us with our forward planning for the next 12 months.

Anyone can apply to go on our waiting list. A deposit of £100 is required and this is fully refundable at any time prior to booking one of our treatment packages. Places will be reserved on our waiting list in the strict order in which we receive your deposit.

Q. I already have a CCSVI Screening scan appointment with you. Do I need to go on the waiting list?

A. No, the waiting list is only for people wanting to receive a CCSVI Screening scan appointment.

Q. How long will I be on the waiting list, before I am offered an appointment?

A. We will soon be offering November appointments to the next group of people on our waiting list. We can state that at the moment we expect to offer everyone who is currently on our waiting list, an appointment before the end of February 2011.

Q. What CCSVI Treatment Packages will be available and when?

A. At present we can only offer CCSVI scanning and Doctors consultation. We are in discussions with a number of people who will be able to offer intervention treamtnet within the UK from mid September onwards. This will be announced via our newsletter as soon as we have the information. November Scanning appointments will be released to the waiting list (in strict order) very shortly.

Q. Will you be offering CCSVI Treatment Packages anywhere else in the UK?

A. We are currently setting up all the faciltiies in Scotland first and want to ensure a first class service for our patients before offering our packages elsewhere. We do however anticipate offering packages in the South early in 2011.

Q. Will you be offering the Full CCSVI Intervention Procedure in the UK?

A. Yes. We expect the Venogram/Intervention Procedure to be available towards the end of the year. Further details and prices will be released via our newsletter.

Q. If I change my mind after going on the waiting list, can I have a full refund of my deposit?

A. Yes of course. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before any confirmed appointment date with you.

Q. Can I pay by cheque or bank transfer and can I pay over the phone?

A. No sorry we can only take orders over the website and payment by Credit/Debit card are the only payment methods we can accept. We have had to automate this system due to the number of enquiries we have been getting.
