The Essential Health Clinic was established with the intention of developing new treatments and new ways of thinking about medicine. We have established an international reputation with our work on omega 3 collaborating with some of the world’s foremost experts in this area. We have developed the UK’s largest independent practice for management of neuroimmune diseases including multiple sclerosis and chronic fatigue syndrome. EHC is a centre of excellence for the prescribing of low dose naltrexone (LDN) and has also organised and hosted the first two European Conferences on LDN.

We are co authors of research into the development of a new omega 3 blood test with Stirling University and are actively pursuing research into LDN. We are sponsors of ground breaking new research into muscle physiology and the role of omega 3 as part of our commitment to the research agenda.

We have also formulated our own omega 3 fatty acid Ideal Omega and our multinutrient Baseline am/pm.
