UK leaders in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis and other inflammatory conditions.

The Essential Health Clinic was established with the intention of developing new treatments and new ways of thinking about medicine. We have established an international reputation with our work on omega 3 collaborating with some of the world’s foremost experts in this area. We have developed the UK’s largest independent practice for management of neuroimmune diseases including multiple sclerosis and chronic fatigue syndrome. We are the first UK centre to offer screening and treatment for CCSVI and facilitated the first conference on CCSVI in the UK in October 2010. EHC is a centre of excellence for the prescribing of low dose naltrexone (LDN) and has also organised and hosted the first two European Conferences on LDN.

Research is essential for the development of new treatments and we are strongly committed to researching CCSVI, LDN and omega 3. We have helped establish the European Research Group for CCSVI which is part of the International Society for Neurovascular Disease whose first president is Professor Paulo Zamboni. We are co authors of research into the development of a new omega 3 blood test with Stirling University and are actively pursuing research into LDN. We are sponsors of ground breaking new research into muscle physiology and the role of omega 3 as part of our commitment to the research agenda.

Through our laboratory facility the Essential Diagnostic Laboratory we have developed a patented blood test the Tyscore to measure immune activity in MS patients. We have also formulated our own omega 3 fatty acid Ideal Omega and our multinutrient Baseline am/pm.
The Essential Health Clinic will continue to be a leading centre for the development of new treatments and innovative ideas in medicine.

As you approach the clinic please turn left at Dalmarnock Road (A749), this then becomes Farmeloan Road. At crossroads with Main Street, go straight through the lights onto Stonelaw Road. Turn first right onto Greenhill Road. Look for the sign pointing to the car parking (270 space). You will drive up a ramp onto the roof top car park. Turn right at the top of the ramp. Our clinic is on the top of the roof top car park opposite the lifts. Look for the circular sign above a black front door.

The times for the clinic are Tuesday & Thursday 9am to 8pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm. The carpark currently has no charge for parking.
