Health is a natural state, we were designed and pre destined to be healthy. When we are injured or ill, our body’s reaction is to heal ourselves, to restore our natural state of health. It is only when we are consistently denied the natural resources and conditions we need, that the unnatural state of ill health develops. Even those who are genetically predisposed to certain illnesses, will rarely express these genes in a natural healthy environment.
At the Essential Health Clinic we aim to re create the natural healthy conditions for human growth and development. The restoration of this equilibrium, allows the healing process to take place. It is also the prefect method for preventing most of the common diseases we suffer, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, dementia etc.
A strong healthy immune system and a balanced internal environment acts as the best protection from these diseases of modern man.

At The Essential Health Clinic we have investigated the most effective methods of diagnosing nutritional deficiencies and searched for the laboratories throughout the world which can give the most accurate readings. As the advice we give on supplementation is dependent on the accuracy of these investigations, it is vital that we have complete confidence in the results we receive.
The high standards we expect have not always been easy to find and the lack of an accredited commerical nutritional lab in Europe, has led us to use Universities and North American Laboratories.

The Essential Health Clinic in Glasgow is the first of a planned nationwide network of clinics in the UK, which will specialise in nutritional medicine. Our initial plans are for ten clinics in the UK and Ireland. The proposed sites are London, Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Belfast and Dublin
